1. General Terms
To ensure a satisfactory shopping experience, MoQi Lemomtree Pop has established the following refund and return policy. Please read and understand these terms before placing an order.
2. Refund and Return Instructions
- No Refunds or Returns Without Quality Issues
We do not accept returns or refunds for personal reasons, such as dislike of the product, incorrect purchase, or change of mind. - No Refund Without Return
Once an item has been shipped, we do not accept refund requests without the return of the product. - Damaged or Defective Products
If the product you receive is damaged or has quality issues, you may apply for a return at your own shipping expense. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund accordingly. - Incorrect or Missing Items
In case of shipment errors such as wrong or missing items, we will issue a discount coupon of equivalent value as compensation after confirming the issue.
3. After-Sales Procedure
- Unboxing Video Required
All after-sales claims must be supported by a complete and unedited unboxing video showing the opening of the package.

- Your order number
- A description of the issue (photos and unboxing video link are highly recommended)
- If requesting a return, clearly state the reason for return
- Response Time
We will reply to your request within 7 business days, and provide further instructions, including return address and a payment link for return shipping (if applicable).
4. Additional Notes
- All after-sales requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
- Returned items must be in unused, original condition and packaging. If the item has been used or damaged, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
